It has taken me several days to get my thoughts together concerning the death of Dr. Bernard Nathanson. Before leaving Planned Parenthood, I knew little of him…only that he had been one of the founding members of NARAL, had a conversion and produced “Silent Scream.”

My husband, Doug, attended a Christian high school and in his Theology class, they had actually watched “Silent Scream.” One day while working at Planned Parenthood, Doug asked me if I had ever seen the film. I proclaimed that of course I had not and that I was not interested in watching that ridiculous propaganda.

The week I left Planned Parenthood, two things happened. I watched “Silent Scream” for the first time and read my first pro-life book, “The Hand of God” by Dr. Nathanson. I don’t think that was coincidence. At the time, I didn’t even know what was coming…the lawsuit, the media, the critics. But I knew there were others like me…people like Dr. Nathanson. He had overcome his past and lived to glorify God. He gave me hope that I could do the same. He became a man of honor, of honesty, of strong values. I had lacked those qualities for so long – I was fearful I would never be able to regain them. Dr. Nathanson helped me regain that hope.

He meant many things to many people. But I think for those of us who have lived the deception, who have spoken the lie, he was something different. Dr. Nathanson was a game changer. He paved the way for conversion stories in this movement…he made it “acceptable” to go from pro-choice to pro-life…he make US “acceptable.” We owe much to him. Thank you, Dr. Nathanson.

He currently works in the state of Ohio and continues to perform late abortions. Please commit with me to pray for Dr. Haskell and cover him in prayer every day for 7 days. OPERATION CONVERSION 2/19/11 – DR. KERMIT GOSNELL. Dr. Gosnell recently was convicted in the murder of full-term babies who were scheduled to be aborted and also abortive mothers. His office was in Pennsylvania. Even though his actions were deplorable, he is still in need of God’s forgiveness and salvation. Please commit to pray for Dr. Gosnell’s conversion every day for the next 7 days.

Money, Dinero, Change, Cash…

All of these things to name the one things that seems to keep this world moving.

While it is important to us normal citizens, it is even more important to Planned Parenthood. They need it desperately…and their funds are under attack!! Today, the US House of Representatives voted to strip Planned Parenthood of government funding. This organization received just over $363 million dollars of our tax dollars last year.

Some people think they could survive without our tax dollars. Could they? No way. They NEED our money. Yours and mine. They need it BAD!!

Yes, they have famous actors and investors that support them…but do they support them to the tune of $363 million dollars? No. Their biggest donor maxes out around $22 million. There is no way they could get to that huge number. They need us. We have to take this money away from them. It is simply a matter of us getting our hands dirty and moving to action.

The vote will now be in the Senate. Call your Senator…even if he is pro-life. Call him/her. Let him know that you want them to vote for LIFE!! Call several times! This type of grassroots effort makes the biggest difference. I was talking to a legislator the other day and he was telling me how disappointed he was. He said that for every 1 pro-life call he got 30 pro-choice calls…and he lives in a very conservative district! Come on!! Don’t take this for granted. Get moving! This is our chance, our opportunity to defund the largest abortion chain in the country. Make something happen!!!

I have said before that one of the very best weapons we have as pro-lifers is the abortion industry’s own words…particularly words they put in legal forms, like consent forms.  I have posted below some links to Planned Parenthood’s own forms.  If you work in a pregnancy center, print out these forms!  Highlight the risks!  Show these abortion vulnerable women what they are up against.  Show them the truth…right out of their own mouths!!!!

Here’s what going on …

For the last two weeks, the national media has been
abuzz with the shocking story of the undercover sting
operation that caught abortion giant Planned
Parenthood red-handed in the despicable act of aiding
and abetting prostitution of girls as young as 14.

Numerous undercover videos have now been released,
documenting Planned Parenthood workers at multiple
locations across several states assuring an
undercover investigator posing as a pimp that the
organization would secretly provide abortions and
other services to underage victims of human
trafficking, facilitating their exploitation.

Federal law is clear: “Sex trafficking of minors is a
federal crime and punishable by imprisonment for 10
years to life.” (18 U.S. Code 1591) Additionally,
“any person who aids abets, or counsels a federal
crime to be committed may be punished as if they had
committed the crime themselves.” (18 U.S. Code 2)

The institution-wide scandal has now reached the
highest levels at Planned Parenthood, with top
executives making the appalling claim that their
workers who were caught on video facilitating
underage sex slavery “responded professionally.”

After receiving a record $363 MILLION in taxpayer
funds last year, Planned Parenthood’s president
Cecile Richards then had the audacity to send out an
urgent appeal for abortion advocates to contact
Congress — so the organization can rake in even MORE
of your hard-earned tax dollars!

And if that wasn’t enough, now Planned Parenthood is
attempting to hijack Valentine’s Day as a marketing
gimmick to expand its harmful agenda, shove condoms
into the hands of young children, and lure even more
vulnerable victims into its facilities.

It is vital for us to act swiftly and take a public
stand against Planned Parenthood’s harmful agenda –
raising awareness in the communities where we live,
and calling upon Congress to IMMEDIATELY strip the

Recently, a list came out that showcased a top 10 list of pro-lifers that are feared by pro-choicers. You can view the list here.  I was so honored to be included on the list with many true heroes in this movement…much less to be considered #1!  The people and organizations on that list should be feared by the pro-choice movement.  On the webcast, www.exposeplannedparenthood.com, Marjorie Dansfelder (President of SBA List) said that we are no longer a “pro-life movement,” we are pro-life AMERICA!  The majority of Americans are now pro-life.  So, yes, we are pro-life America.  I liked that. 

All I have to say is Planned Parenthood better be scared.  We are closing in on them.  We are cornering them.  We are catching them at their very worst…and we are exposing them.  Women are speaking out about the shabby service they received from Planned Parenthood.  People are speaking out against the regret they feel from their abortion.  Planned Parenthood’s “repugnant behavior” is now public…open for everyone to see.  Yes, they better be scared.  We are winning.  We will win.  Planned Parenthood…we are no longer a “fringe.”  We are the majority.

We were the bad guys, the abusers, the salespeople, the perpetrators.  We were the ones who helped hide women’s secrets.  We were the ones who defended abortion no matter the cost.  We ostracized our friends, our family, and anyone else that came in between us and our cause.  We were the abortionists.  We were the abortion clinic workers.  We were the abortion clinic directors. 

We are now the ones who work to right our wrongs.  We work to protect women…in and out of the womb.  We are the ones who expose the lies of abortion and the billion dollar industry.  We are the ones who now fight for the rights of babies in utero.  We now know the real definition of woman’s rights.  We are pro-woman, pro-family, and pro-life.  We are the Centurions. 

We are a group of people who were once broken…now we are healed.  We were once defensive…now we are joyous.  We were once hostile…we are now full of peace.  Yes, we are healed.  We are healed from the abortions we provided and were party to.  We are healed from our own abortions.  We are healed from the lies we told.  We are healed through Christ…and we are healed through each other.  Through each other’s pain, heartache, stories, and experiences, we find our new selves…our better selves. 

I pray for abortion clinic workers every day.  I wish I could reach out to them in the way I want to.  Several months ago, I recorded a very raw video intended to reach clinic workers.  If you haven’t seen the video, you can access it here.  I want them to know that there is a place for them to land.  There is a place for them to find healing.  They are not alone.  They will not be judged for the things they said or did inside the abortion industry…we have done them, too.  We want you to share your story with us.  We want you to find that peace that you currently lack.  We want you to be a Centurion. 

I want to make a special plea for the workers who have been featured in these recent Live Action videos.  Some of you have lost your job.  You are angry.  You worked for an immoral organization…now you do something immoral and they throw you under the bus.  I understand.  You are not the only one who does and says the things that were caught on tape…it’s just that…you were caught.  The others haven’t been…yet.  You can find solace in us.  You can find peace in the Centurions…those of us that have been where you have been.  We want to be here for you and support you in the way Planned Parenthood has not.  Please let us help us.  Please let us be a part of your healing.

Or at least a thank you card.  I mean, after all, Planned Parenthood called their clinic manager, Amy Woodruff’s behavior “repugnant.”  Wouldn’t they WANT to get rid of a “repugnant” employee??  I think Live Action deserves a thank you.  In fact, if I still worked for Planned Parenthood media, that is exactly how I would recommend they frame their response.  But, they won’t.  They can’t admit fault.  And, it wasn’t just one employee.  Now, Live Action has released 5 videos concerning sex trafficking of minors.  Not one of the employees in these videos even batted an eye.  They never said they would have to report the activity.  Shouldn’t Planned Parenthood be thankful that Live Action brought these “bad apples” to their attention? 

The funny thing is that Planned Parenthood actually has “mystery callers” and “mystery shoppers.”  They evaluate the employees and how well they provide and offer Planned Parenthood services.  I guess they must have missed all of these clinics.  Maybe Planned Parenthood should just hire Live Action!!  I’m sure they would happily clean house!!

Today, as promised, Live Action released another video.  So, this was an “isolated incident,” huh?  Don’t think so. 

Planned Parenthood claims that Live Action went to 12 health centers to find out if their employees would aid in sex trafficking of minors.  If that is the case, then 2 of those 12 failed miserably.  So, 1/6 of Planned Parenthood clinics would aid in sex trafficking.  Not a very good stat, Planned Parenthood.  Not to mention, you’re other stats aren’t very promising either…76% of clinics in minority neighborhoods, abortions on the rise, the amount of women who have complications from abortion…it doesn’t look good.  You really didn’t need this. 

I remember being on their media team.  Oh man, I am glad that is not my job now!  I am not sure how I they are going to frame this.  “Isolated incident” is out.  “One bad clinic” is out.  “Video is a hoax” is out.  “We’ve taken care of the problem by firing the bad apple” is out…it seems like the “bad apples” keep reproducing. 

People have asked what I said when I worked with Planned Parenthood and Live Action would come out with these videos.  Well, I’m no dummy.  I know when I see something like Live Action has shown in their videos…that is just wrong.  I never defended Planned Parenthood.  I would say, “Well, that is really bad.  Those clinics obviously had some serious problems.”  I just didn’t realize that we probably had the same problems. 

In this video, there was something that really struck me.  The girl in the video said that they (at PP) respect people of all walks of life and they don’t judge.  It seems as though Planned Parenthood is so worried about not judging the women, they forget to protect them.
